Hawks Deal Assistant Captain to Divisional Rivals

Thorold, ON – Blackhawks General Manager Scott Barnes continued to shape up the dressing room yesterday afternoon after trading veteran forward Harris Goan to the Hamilton Kilty Bs for a Player Development Fee (PDF).

The six-foot forward from Aurora has recorded 3 goals and 9 assists with the Blackhawks this season and is a high-octane playmaker with a gritty edge that will be dearly missed.

We’d like to take this time to thank Harris for all his hard work and contributions to the hawks and give him best wishes as he continues the season in Hamilton. It won’t be the same seeing the best hair in the GOJHL every Monday night at the Nest.

Our next home game is on January 31st in accordance with the Provincial Health Guideline as we take on Nick Rubino and the St. Catharines Falcons at the Frank Doherty Arena at 7 pm.

We hope all fans are staying safe and wish to see you soon at the nest!
