Golden Horseshoe coaches use pre-season games to help separate the contenders from the pretenders

Thorold Blackhawks owner-head coach Scott Barnes doesn't regard the Corvairs staying on the sidelines as a game-changer for his team. "Caledonia's departure obviously means that other teams have a better chance of being at top of the league," he says. "For us, we just try to focus on ourselves, and at the end of the end of the day this is a developmental league. Read more >
